The 30-year-old pop star is said to have purchased a new house in the extremely private Hidden Hills community just a couple of miles south of her current location



 The stunning new property sits on over three acres and boasts a massive 20,000 square feet of indoor space.

The mock Tudor mansion house has ten bedrooms and 13 bathrooms all with high ceilings and dark hardwood floors.

'Between the chandeliers, the huge ballroom and the double stairway entrance there is something completely enchanting about this home,' Hollywood real estate expert Chad Rogers told In Touch magazine.

One of the bedrooms is painted bright pink, which might need a fresh coat to better accommodate her boys' tastes.

The singer has two sons: five-year-old Sean Preston and four-year-old Jayden James.
